its a storage unit not much to say about it
it was a 10x10 square with a pull up door drive up access. Just like promised the only thing I have to bitch about is the gate hours. When I called and got he details I was told this facility had 24 hour access to the units. Not that I will need to get in one after 9pm or before 6am just letting you know that was the only thing that didnt jive. Thanks

Didn't have the right locker
Prior I reserved a locker that I could drive up to. They had me set up for one I had to walk threw a small hallway. Had two small doors. They were able to help me get what I needed but then changed the price for the same size 10' by 10' locker. Other than that the employee was courteous and professional.

Best part of moving

I gotta admit that i wouldve given it 5 stars across the board if i ould just move into obe of their big units and have air conditioning in it too! Only thig i could (but not going to) criticize would be insurance, i never had insurance on a storage unit. Maybe it is standard and i just never had a good breakdown of the bill before otherwise aces all the way for this compant! Thanks for the discount Sparefoot.com!!!

To make a long story short...this place is amazing. I had a last minute move that would have been after hours and Amber helped me get it done with customer service that is rare these days. Facility was clean and easy to get to...wish I could give them more than 5 stores!

Secure and professional
I had 1 problem trying to drop off a payment right before closing time. The woman at the desk at the time said she was already closed and couldn't help me but it was 5 minutes before closing. I called customer service and they helped me out immediately. Other than that the place was always clean and security was top notch.

storemore is excellent
I went into get a unit, not knowing what I really needed. I was greeted by a friendly employee who showed me each unit size they have. Then explained everything in detail to me regarding the monthly rental fees. They are so nice every time I go in. I have gone to other places and they were just rude. Not Storemore, nice as can be and always polite. I will keep my unit as long as I need to, and refer people that are looking for a unit. Thanks you guys so much.

I was a little annoyed at first because I got there 2-3 minutes before it opened and the door was locked. I could see someone sitting at the front desk and she would not make eye contact with me. So I stood outside until she unlocked the door. I was a little annoyed again that she came up and unlocked the door but did not open the door and tell me that they open but sat back down behind the desk, so it took me a minute to realize that the door was now unlocked. Other than that it was fine.
