My unit was very clean. The whole building inside and out was very clean. Which is really nice because I,am one of those picky people who wants everything clean. Im so thankful the storage renting...

Im so thankful the storage renting process here at public storage was not a hassle! I was in and out in about 20 mins. The front desk guy was thorough and helpful. Although some days it'd be helpful if accessing the unit past 9 o'clock was an option, it'd be great but otherwise im a satisfied customer. I've even recommended a couple friends and family members to rent from public storage

Needs a little work

Staff is friendly and were accommodating with the "move in" date. The grounds are a little messy, debris from trees etc, and the gutters need to be cleaned. Water running down infront of unit makes rainy day move ins and outs rather frustrating
