The $1 first month offer is a joke. You obviously don't mean it since there are so many fees attached. If you mean it, waive all fees.

Terrible customer service - Manager and assistant appeared to be...
Manager and assistant appeared to be too busy to show me the storage. I had to wait 30 minutes to see the unit that I already scheduled online.
Customer service was/ is not a priority at this location!

Signed for $101, later billed $170!?
The staff was filling in the day I rented my storage unit at this location. The computer system was also down. Therefore I had an extended wait, and I was offered a 5x10 for tge price of a 5x5. But then I received an email stating that I was being charged double what I signed for and was told by the staff I was contracting for. I called but there was no a swer, I guess their phone system is down too. I sent an email as well to support and waiting for them to correct the erroneous additional bill. I am a bit frustrated by the process and wish someone would simply take care of this.

Crazy fraud paranoia.
Choose facility because of its proximity to my house. Clerk manager was nice, business like but because my wife had rented a space days before, I couldn't use my home address because she'd already used it and their computer would spot two rentals under the same address and flag it as "a discount fraud". Then I couldn't use my daughter as an emergency contact, because my wife had already done so. This is craziness, what about accuracy of information; they don't care about that, they're obsessed with rental discount offer fraud. Oh and I almost forgot, I couldn't use my legal last name because my wife and I share the same name; so I shortened my hyphenated last name to the first part...Fraud alert!

Nice place to store our stuff.
Everything has been fine except the cart to help move thing is very small, and the hadle is broken making it very hard to use. I believe it has been that way for awhile. It seems to me like not only should the cart be in good shape there should be at least two.

A lifesaver
I am so glad i had found one of the many Public Storages right behind my brokers office. See I had an emergency move with less than 72 hours to spare. Feeling exhusted trying to locate a strorage unit in the past two days, none of them having what i needed available. I was ready to give up. Giving my broker my sob story, she started asking around the office. Shannon(another broker) said, no problem their is a Public Storage place right behind us. We walked over and quickly procured a space. Great customer service. Fast and secure. Thanks Public Storage.
