Security great, elevators not

The once it right if you don’t need night access. But if you are loading or unloading at the same time of other people, the single elevator with the security features will drive you crazy. I waited for 20 minutes as other customers went up and down, to wrong floors and back. It wasted a lot of my time. But, the carts are plentiful, the floors are clean and well lit.

Well structured, easy to access.

Well lit, well ventilated. Very professional staff, very communicate. The storage is accessed via freight elevator, and the hallways are built on the same scale. They offer dollies and flat bed carts to move items from your vehicle into your storage unit, and have a full sized van, heavily discounted for move-in and very reasonably priced the rest of the time.

Needed a good storage unit very quickly

I had very little time to find a storage unit, and not a lot of money to spend. I found Cental Self Storage to be close, secure, clean, and reasonably priced. The paperwork wasn't filled out until a quick tour of the facility by the onsite manager. Looked at the unit, chose what I wanted, and sat down to move in. Great amenities, bathrooms on site, on site parking, ability to rent a van to use at reasonable prices. Very glad to have found this facility and happy to move in!

Even call center customer service was savvy and helpful. Site manager, Dustin, was fantastic. They helped me sort out moving in after office hours were closed - a huge relief after a 12 hour drive. A seamless experience. I am shocked and APPLAUDING.

Clean and convenient

The only thing missing at Central Self Storage is a hand truck so that you can manage box stacking a bit easier. They do have plenty of flat bed wagons, but the lifting and arranging can be brutal if you have a lot of boxes. Otherwise, a fantastic facility!

My biggest complaint is arriving at 2:10PM with my movers to find no one there. No one had told me about the kiosk I could use. It was 20 min. Until I found it, and it kept saying it didn't have a record of my reservation - despite my getting a couple of emails saying I was expected on 8/3. We waited almost an hour before getting in, which cost me an extra $75 - not happy about that.

This centrally located storage facility is fantastic! It's state of the art security and 24 hr access makes this one if the most convenient and safest storage spaces in the city. You can't beat the prices or the free van service. This is my second time using this facility and recommend it to everyone!

I have rented a unit from this location 2x now. The storage units are clean and the staff is great. The only complaint is that there is only one elevator to access all units to all floors, this can be a huge time suck on the weekends when there are several moving in and out.

We moved from out of state and we're unsure of the area that we needed our storage space. They helped us find one close to home and reserved the unit right away. We had a little issue with our sizing though. We picked out a 5x5 and it was too small. They helped us pick a new bigger unit and made the process much better and less stressful! Great customer service, clean and user-friendly facility!

I made a last-minute reservation online for same-day move-in, and when I had questions regarding my AAA discount, the assistant manager was on top of answering all of my questions. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she contacted her manager and immediately got back to me, which really showed her professionalism. She was friendly and went above and beyond her duties by printing out some places of interest for me and my girlfriend's Oregon Coast road trip. Our unit was on the 5th floor and the elevator was slow, however, the facility was clean and easily accessible. We were lucky to unload during non-peak hours (Monday btwn 4-9:30pm). It was an all-around great experience, which is saying a lot considering moving in and out of places can be a huge pain in the ass :)

There was a mandatory insurance policy I had to pay that Spare Foot hadn't told me about, but the sales associate waved the the deposit fee. I was relieved that they worked with me on this. The staff is great! The facility is absolutely wonderful too!

Everything about the process of signing up and getting the unit was easy. They have a Van you can use for free by simply putting down a refundable deposit, which is great for me as I drive a two seat convertible! The only downside I would say is that the facility is closed between 10PM and 6AM and the office hours are 10AM to 6PM so make sure you plan accordingly!

Like clock work

I have arrived recently from Phoenix and was pleased that my plans for storage worked like clock work. The only thing that would make it more customer friendly would be earlier office hours. But I am just a early riser. There is a paid parking lot right across the street. The facility layer out very well and clean.
