Last minute call!!

It was an urgent matter and needed a storage unit that day an I called a couple places , they were either very pricey or didn't have anything available. I came across Osprey Storage and the price was fair and they had something for me that day!! They were very helpful and kind.

Upon arrival at 9:30am to book the unit, a sign on the door indicated that the office was temporarily closed while attendant was doing "rounds" and they would be back at 9am. I waited for 45 minutes until she returned.

Very unhappy

I received a text message two days after I rented the unit stating that I was past due on my bill and I needed to pay it immediately. I've only had the unit for 2 days so how would I be past due on my bill if I paid my bill in full for the first month. Also when I try to call the office nobody ever answers and nobody returns my call after leaving messages on their voicemail voicemail. I'm getting text messages coming to my phone from their company about overdue Bill everyday and it is bothering me.
