Very disappointed in the Pick up and Drop off entrance.

I came to the facility today around 4pm, and the entrance was blocked by a few large trucks, and some cars. Could not go past the trucks as there was no room. To load and unload there is space for three lanes, but the way the trucks were parked left no room to go to the rear and park. There is no way to turn around, so I had to back out onto Federal Highway Rt.1, which is a constantly heavily traveled highway. I came back an hour later, and the truck was still there along with other vehicles. so I kept on driving by. I left and returned for the third time, and at least could park near the front of the entrance. I had to wait for a dolly as they were all in use. Another woman complained that she had to wait for a dolly, and that cars trying to get to the rear parking had come extremely close to her car and she was in fear of it getting hit. This is a very bad setup. Trucks should not be allowed to park at the entrance and block the traffic lanes to the entrance and parking in the rear. Very disappointed. There is no way to exit without going through the entrance and turn around in the rear. Not sure I am going to stay. Don't want the hassle. The gentleman who did my paperwork was very nice, and efficient. But, the confusion and disorganization of the entrance is less than acceptable. I like the convenience of your location to where I live, but not sure I would recommend your facility unless something is done to make the drop off and pick up safer and more efficient. To have to back out into heavy traffic with no way to turn around was scary.
