Gate access hours and management are great!
I have had multiple units over the years that I've been with this facility. Prices are fair, but I've stayed with this facility for so long because of the gate access hours. Management is great. Follow the rules and everybody is happy. The office is not open during business hours unless you have an appt. In my opinion that's a good thing. Good security as well. Facility is clean.

Prices are quite high for my budget $60 for a 5 x 5
I live in Pomona now but have a 10 by 12 storage in irwindale for $78 a month it's went up twice in the six years I've had it. $60 for a 5 x 5 three blocks away is still high for my budget. I went to the storage in Pomona , a motorhome and two cars of homeless folks camping out made me a bit nervous I won't go there at 9 p.m. or by 10 when they close.

Cheapest for drive up storage
Most places we checked online wanted at least $25 more than this facility for drive up storage..
Renting was quick and easy - went the same day I looked online and was done an hour later. I wanted something within 10 mile, with drive up access and not in a sketchy neighborhood. Thia facility is located a block from the indoor swapmeet and el super. There is 24 hour video cameras which you see all over the place. The employees regularly checks and even informed us the very next day that we improperly closed our unit. Very happy with the price, facility and security at this storage location.

Awesome place
I'm happy I came here..The pricing is great.The 2 employees that helped me Bryan and Casey.. Are great they took there time with me answered all my questions... They also didn't throw in any hidden fees, like another place I went too....I rented 2 units ..That's how good the prices are...

I loved sparefoot for the pricing although be careful with the truck renta
It was a nice clean storage all of my items fit with extra space the price was great and the 2nd month was free not to mention if you call in time you will be able to use there truck to move your things so that u won't have to pay a uhual

Couldn't have gone any smoother.
Everything went smoothly from making the reservation, to touring the facility, to completing the transaction and moving our stuff in. And I really love the special given to us. 2nd month free. The highlight was when they came to us the next day to give me my change that I apparently forgot the day before. I had no idea so they could have kept it and I would have never known. That was very honest, and very much appreciated.

Nice staff and the storage units are nice and clean. I had an issue with ants but threw a few ant traps in the unit and no longer have a problem. Plus my second month was free. Gotta love that.

Great place
I reserved a 5x10 but the actual size of my unit is 4.3 x 9.6, a little not what I thought I was paying for. Flip side, they offer a truck for free. Their driver shows up, we load...go to storage and we unload..all for free with my rental.

I had a Reservation
I called the day before to go and look at the unit, showed up at 9 am and the place was close with a sign saying there where out, not saying what time they'll be back, since I had travel about 100 miles, I just waited, around 10.15 am somebody showed up, there was another person waiting, when I when in, the lady manager just look up me with an upset face and very rude said " I am busy and won't be able to take care of you, you can go and come back in about one hour" and she proceeded to complain that she had to go and do something with the units before she can take care of ppl in the office, I talk her that I was waiting for about one hour and had drive a long distance and just wanted to take a glance to the unit, she was upset saying that it wasn't thru that it couldn't be that I was waiting that long and her mornings where really busy, Etc… I just walk out and left.

A Blessing!
I don't know where to begin with this place. Being in the customer service field I am really big on receiving great service. To start the move in specials are unbeatable, I absolutely could NOT pass it by not to mention the two locations (Pomona and Upland) were extremely convenient. The customer service was superb! I went in for the smallest unit available and Brian did such a wonderful job at up selling that I went two units higher and purchased a lock. He even checked with me once I left. The 30 day opportunity to take advantage of the on site truck is a blessing as well as the security measures that don't allow just anyone to access the units. I am 200% satisfied and no matter how far I move, this company will always be on my list. I will refer my friends! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great Specials
This storage facility has the best move in specials around. The have good coverage with security cameras and the office personnel are very friendly. The only downside is that it is not climate controlled.
