Clean, convenient and great customer service.
I had a smooth and friendly check in experience several days ago. Today I had an issue with the lock to my unit and Casey, who works there, immediately helped me figure out how to work my combination lock. He was kind about, determined to help me right away. Made me even more glad to store my items at this location!

Excellent service, great value, and security to boot!
I needed space to store furniture for a three-bedroom house. This location is only a mile from where I'll be moving, and the range of sizes and prices was excellent. I had great service from the manager, and a telephone follow-up from what was probably a corporate office to verify registration. Excellent, start to finish.

Finally a reasonably priced storage option
I need a place to store my stuff for a couple of years but everywhere else I looked charged exorbitant prices. I need a place that is clean, secure, climate controlled, and reasonably priced. Storage Mart was the only place I found that fit the bill.

Remarkably clean and well maintained
I live just blocks from 3 different storage facilities and this place is 40% cheaper and 100% cleaner. This is the best storage value in Minneapolis' north metro area. Makes my 20 minute drive well worth it.
