Wouldn't recommend because the access hours close too early

It's a nice looking facility, new and clean. However, my 10'x5' unit turned out to be a 10'x4'. I could have checked it before moving in, but didn't, because I thought I wouldn't need the full size of a 10x5. As it turns out, I'm rather packed in there and it's inconvenient because my bicycle won't fit the short way across and it takes up too much room the long way across. I also couldn't fit two bookshelves across the end without moving one of them so that it fit over the metal beam at the base of the wall. I also figured that the hours would be at least until 10PM, but they close at 9PM. Given that I am a night owl, having the space open later would be more convenient. I probably will end up moving to a different facility if I end up storing things long term. I didn't see the hours beforehand because I booked by calling a contact phone number that searched multiple storage facilities and they just booked the closest place to me. The elevators close rather quickly - too quickly to push the cart out and I ended up climbing back up to the floor above where someone else was waiting to push a cart on. And there's a sign saying not to hold the elevator doors open or catch something in the door because the elevator breaks as a result. So I get to the facility and find out that the elevator has broken. Luckily there are two elevators in the place, but since my unit is right next to the elevator that was broken, and I was in a hurry it slowed me down.

Top notch facility

My experience with All Storage has been exceptional. From the online booking to the final stages was so easy. We were given a tour of the building our unit was in. It was so great to be able to drive into the building and unload and have dollies and padded elevators. Easiest move ever!!! Kudos to the design of the facility and the storage box office!!! What could be more clever?

I currently rent from another storage facility as well and the manager is always so rude and goes out of her way to be that way. She is not available when you need her, but she sure is in your business when you dont need her.... I really dislike renting there. Trena at Storage super friendly and helpful. We accidentally locked our apartment keys in the storage unit and didn't realize it until after hours, but luckily the after hours employee (Victoria) was able to get us back in and she was so nice! I give the All Storage 2 thumbs WAYYYYYYY up!! I really like the bay idea, rather than a gate, because it feels more secure! I plan to do all my storing here and tell all my friends/family to do the same!

Perfect space for our daughter's college apt furniture over the summer

I had never rented a storage facility before and decided to use Sparefoot as it was the first website that showed in google results. I placed my reservation for the storage unit and All Storage received it within minutes. I arrived a couple days before the official "move-in" day that I chose and the staff showed me around and how it all worked. It is a very clean facility with super-friendly staff that answered all of my questions and who were eager to help me when I encountered a couple issues. I highly recommend Sparefoot and this All Storage to everyone.

Not enough room to pull into storage building.

It was extremely difficult maneuvering my u haul into the building. We almost had a bad incident. Just not enough room for big trucks. Architect didn’t plano for that.

Two-Thumbs up on the overall experience. Very friendly staff and very proactive in ensuring a very quick registration process. They contacted us a couple days before to confirm our estimated arrival time. All paperwork was ready when we arrived and registration was a breeze. Facility is spotless clean and lighting is excellent. Plenty of carts to facilitate the move in process
