Helpful staff, convenient location, clean facility
I have been very impressed with Stash and Store. Their front desk was extremely helpful and proactive in helping me get moved in and getting the right unit for my needs. They even called me on move-in day to make sure I had the right address and hours and to answer any questions I might have which I thought was a very nice touch. Check-in was easy and the unit was just what I needed. Clean and secure. Very happy with this experience.

The best customer service

this is the storageyou need the service you expect and want. your a fool to go anywhere else unless you require more. if you are looking to storage boxes or the typical stuff true stash and store they have there stuff together whichgive them the right stuff for me to trust. i dont trust just anyone with my stuff unless im confident the care about my stuff as much as i do. stash and store cares there actions prove it in everywayho with stash and store.

wonderful, discreet and convenient
normally places like guardian self storage and chains in general require piles of forms to fill out, and the lock they make you buy (if you don't bring your own ) at those tedious non 24 hour storage places has nothing on the quality lock that we bought from them that seems impervious to bolt cutters ! Safe, secure and easy

Convenient and secure with easy access. The sign up process was very quick, and the unit I chose was reasonably priced for the size I needed. In the heart of the flats of Pittsburgh's South Side also with 24 hour access.

Everything was great BUT....
I have several storage units reserved with this company. The staff is always very friendly, and very helpful. I was accommodated with some special needs I had. However, there the outdoor parking spaces are a joke. There is no possibility for a towing area, and there is nothing that notified me of this. I have a trailer that I had planned on parking there to store, but ended up having to parallel park it next to a building. It will be impossible for me to move this when I need it. Also there was a huge pile of wood/trash right in the driveway of the outdoor parking spot which made it so difficult for me to pull my trailer around it that I had to request the staff person to come help me move the trash out of the way so I could get past.
