Easy and simple

I made a reservation online, but was able to finish it in store with help from Deborah. Easy and convenient. Much nicer that what was expected. The garage bay parking with closing garage doors makes it easy in any weather.

Losing my home

My bf died Sunday I had to quickly find storage to move I was so overwhelmed and scared one less stress was here it reasonable price very helpful over the phone I get to unit and walking threw I felt calm and safe which at this time I really need the place is cool clean has a restroom I couldn't be any happier with where my things are for the time being

Austin was Awesome!

My husband and I scheduled a time with Austin to come in and rent a unit. He showed us several items that really helped protect our fragile items, and the prices were great. He then showed us one of the 5 x 5 units that we requested, but we realized right away it wasn't big enough for what we need. He was great about that change and gladly showed us a 19 x 5, which we rented. Austin is super friendly, professional, respectful, kind....just a great guy! He is an asset to your company. If you haven't noticed, take notice!! He cares about his job and promoting the company and it's products. I can tell he takes pride in his work and was brought up being taught to have a exceptional work ethic that most his age lack. Take a closer look at Austin. He is your superstar! (And, no...I'm not his mother or any relation, and I wasn't paid to say this. Lol)
