The unit was nice and clean. The doors for the units are a little small though. The two owners were amazing and were very helpful in the renting and moving process. Right now they are having a buy one month get one free special, so the unit came at a great price!

The unit worked out great, but they charged more than the original estimate, and the customer service was not very good. That being said, as a student the facility was super close to campus and move in was fast and easy.

Customer Service is hit or miss

While some employees were cordial amd went above and beyond, others were not. Some were down right rude. The building is hot and stuffy, which makes the already unpleasant and sweaty act of moving, even more so. And there is so little parking space, that at times there is actually a line just to enter the louche alley where the docking bay is located . I suppose the storage unit serves its purpose, which is essential, but I will not be leaving my property there for long.

Chrissy, the property manager, was extremely helpful both over the phone and when we arrived for our move-in. The ability to use their truck and dollies is very helpful, as are the long access hours. A nice facility staffed by friendly, reasonable people and overall very convenient for us.
