Quick, Easy and Professional

Moving is stressful and overwhelming, and I've done it 15 times in 17 years! I'm a loyal customer of Public Storage (my locks have their stickers on them already!), but as with many things every location doesn't provide the same level of service. When I came into this location Archie was in trainee-mode, but I could tell immediately that he was going to become an asset to Public Storage. He has a natural affinity for customer service, and you can tell that he genuinely likes people. In just a few days, Teresa (the Property Manager) was out for a few days, and Archie was at the property alone. He handled an issue that I had without being freaked out or nervous. He was handling another customer when I came in, and I've been having some difficulty with my leg, but he immediately offered me a seat while he finished up with that transaction, and he didn't miss a beat! Working with him was a pleasure, and I wish him well at Public Storage!
Now, let's talk about Teresa. As I said, I've had a few moves. I can say, without a doubt, that Teresa has been THE BEST Property Manager that I've dealt with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and easy-going which helps cause I was a wreck and physically distressed, so much so that I crashed my car into my moving truck during move #1! You won't find a better person to handle your move, and I know that I'm in good hands with her around. Thank you, Teresa, for all of your patience and assistance!

I received a notification at the beginning of the month that my local Public Storage facility was not able to process my monthly payment as they had for the past 3 years. I had called and spoke with the Property Manager Nora Valentine who had gone exceptionally above and beyond to help correct my issue. After calling customer service twice and receiving no additional help Nora had me come in to the facility directly by reaching out to me personally utilizing her own personal cell phone after a lightning strike had knocked out their phone system mid call that we had been on. She quickly processed my payment as well as re-registered my account. Thank you Nora! For all your help and patience as well as waking me thorough the process.

I love Public Storage because of Teresa. I am moving, but I have limited time to do so. I was feeling stress and overwhelmed. Teresa was patient and kind. Teresa doesn't rent storage space only. She makes your transition to a storage easy. Thank you Teresa.

A Happy Customer
The staff is very pleasant and friendly. I am a new unit owner and everyrhing was presented very clearly. The person who took care of me (her name is Wealthy) was very knowledgeable. Signing up online for automatic bill pay and creating a profile was also clear and easy. Follow up emails and confirmations from staff is excellent.

Teresa and Wealthy at our Public Storage location (4231 Park Blvd./Store #07119), have been extremely nice and given us great treatment and advice. They were both very thorough, answered our questions, and they were kind. I'm happy we tried this location first the day we went out to find a storage unit, Wealthy helped us that day and was very efficient in understanding what would suit our needs. She is one of the main reasons we picked the first place we had stopped at. Wealthy did mention this is not her usual store so I hope she gets credit for this! Hi! Teresa is the Manager and has been just as welcoming, kind, and helpful. My husband and I are more than happy with the storage unit and the company in general but the main reason is because of these two employees, Teresa and Wealthy.

Great Facility, Great Service.
Public Storage in Pinellas Park is an excellent storage facility. It is a well designed, organized and maintained facility that is conveniently located to store personal property in the St. Petersburg area. Storage charges are very competitive. Customer service is also excellent is also excellent. We dealt with Debbie and Teresa both of whom were very knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and extremely pleasant to work with.
