The guy across the street at 4715 is super friendly and helpful.

I think thee should be access to some bigger carts. Those little tiny carts can barely haul anything. And when you have a bunch of tools that need to go to the 2nd floor it’s pretty ridiculous.

way better than last facility

So far, so good. The manager is very professional and helpful, and the facility is relatively new and clean. My last storage facility raised my rent 40% last month, chained up all the carts and doesn't even show up during office hours anymore. Bye bye, Public Storage!

Super Convenient

Cannot think of anything to complain about. Was able to look up pricing online and scheduled a reservation. Was later welcomed by Bailey at the location and she helped us with the whole process. She answered all questions and was super friendly in helping us with our unit. Fair pricing and a very clean location. Will definitely recommend this place to friends/family.

Jason, Bailey & one other staff member helped with everything !! Paying customers have access from 6 am to 10 pm every single day. Office hours are on door window. Labels are placed appropriately for restrooms, elevators, etc. Only issue is not enough flatbed carts. Perhaps others are hoarding and placing them back OR just it was such a busy move in day, I'm not sure which. Yet be prepared for having your own dolley or furniture mover. Other than that all is FANTASTIC!!! A/C is operating splendidly. Staff make themselves available as time permits. I'm not planning to move for a few years. Thanks SmartStop staff 👍🏽👍🏽

See the comments above about not being open on Sunday even though the posted schedule on the door says you should be open from 10-2pm. I hope that I am not charged a late fee when I drive there again to pay for the next month.

I wish more people knew about sparefoot. I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends.It was super easy to book a reservation With. The storage facility I went with. The price was so much cheaper booking with Sparefoot then it would have been otherwise. I am very satisfied and will continue to book with Sparefoot. The storage facility could be kept a little cleaner. The staff is great! The facility is nice and is climate controlled. Besides the facility cleanliness. Everything else is perfect.

The door was locked in the office, at 3pm. I called the number and no one answered i called an 800 number and was transferred to some one for my store. I waited 30 minutes for the lock to be removed. The place isn’t the cleanest. But it’s not run down, and tacky
