Overall, great!
There were a couple hiccups in the process, but the excellent customer service exceeded my expectations. One small issue was that they didn't have the size I reserved. The plus side was that they upgraded me to a larger unit, which upon inspection, I needed anyway. The other issue was that I then needed two (?) locks for my one unit. Considering the only locks they allow are about $20, this was a little set back. I also wasn't expecting to pay monthly insurance. But over all I am totally satisfied with the unit, location and staff.

Yes .. public storage accommodated me to the fullest. I called 45 min before closing, and got in there to rent, paperwork ,unload all before closing. Thanks for helping me through my desperate, and short notice times of moving. It made the last part of my day worth it.

We chose Public Storage because of the price and we were told that an 18 wheeler would be able to fit in the compound. Sadly it didn't fit and it made things difficult for the folks moving our goods. I was told that the people that work there will say anything because all they care about is trying to get peoples business. There should be a survey in each compound to make sure what vehicles will fit when they come to deliver one's goods. Thank you!

Clean, friendly and secure. I needed a spot for a couple months, while I tried to coordinate two different moves, and Anna was friendly, professional and very helpful.... treated me like I was buying the locker, rather than renting for a couple pay cycles, and that was even with the $1 first month. I recommend to everyone!

Better customer service
I rented 3 units over the course of two weeks. I had to make the reservations on line in order to get a better rate because the property manager was not able to match the rates or offer any incentive to rent additional units. I did it only for convenience because I have to move it all out in less than a month to our new home. Some consideration should be given to existing customers who want to rent additional units and some flexibility should be allowed by the property manager to make these types of decisions.

Good People, Bad Maintenance!
Service is great, Ana the manager took good care of me, but their maintenance on their property is real bad. I rented a 10 x10 unit that had the bottom door seal completed rotted and hanging off the bottom of the door, I have 10 inches of a door seal on a 8 foot door. In Phoenix with all the dust, you need a good door seal to keep the weather and dust out of the units. The most disturbing maintenance issue is that over 90% of the exterior lights on the property are either burnt out or not working. I was moving in my stuff after sunset and I was in complete darkness. This is extremely unsafe and does not help with security concerns. I was told that corporate is aware of the problem and they are working on a solution! Really Corporate? It is called buying new light bulbs and screwing them in. I am very unhappy that this company doesn't seem to take complete darkness on their property as a big enough problem for them to make a more serious and timely effort to replace light bulbs or light fixtures to correct this serious problem.
