Peace of mind!
Nobody wants to learn their things have been stolen, but that is what we had experienced.
I was so pleased to find Central Self Storage - Dunlap, and learn that safety and security is of great importance. Each unit is alarmed, and the on site manager is on top of things. She knows her tenants and walks the facility daily.
I couldn't be more pleased with a storage facility, and always feel safe when I'm there.
The price is very reasonable, and the paperwork didn't take long at all.
I recommend this facility to anyone I know needing storage. The peace of mind I have knowing my things are secure is worth every penny.

How is Shady with respect and she was patient with me
The employee went beyond helping me when I realized my storage unit was too small I had to upsize as she was getting ready to leave the office I had only a few minutes and she took her time and help me get a better unit and a better unit

I wasn’t told about the proper sequence to get into the facility. When I arrived at my unit, I found that it was locked and had a seal on it. There was no manager on duty. I had to wait for two hours until somebody arrived to remove the lock for me to move in. Which caused me to be late all day and in a rush.

Charges after terminated contract
I cancelled my contract on December 14th when I picked up my boat and transferred it to Scorpion Bay Marina. Central Self Storage continued to charge my credit card for the next four months. After numerous email and voicemail attempts over a several week period, I was finally able to get 2 months refunded. When I asked about the other refunds, the unidentified person that responded to my email said "I was not in the system" and company policy would not allow them to refund my full amount. I am having to pursue this refund through a claim with my credit card company.

Just what I needed!
This place was just what I needed. With all of the other tasks and responsibilities and unforeseen setbacks coming at me all at once, I was quite relieved at the quickness and ease the process was. Even when I realized I misjudged and was gonna need a bigger storage they made the transition seamlessly. Good place, good people!

I’m very satisfied with the size of my unit
I do like this property a lot, the storage unit I have is easily accessible which is very nice and helpful. Also it is very spacious. Price is a bit much monthly but I moved in on a great promotion and was told in advance about the monthly rent so it didn’t take me by surprise thank goodness. Only thing I absolutely dislike about this property is the gate hours 7-7 just isn’t much time at all especially considering they have a manager who lives onsite I feel it should stay open a bit longer then that to help us working tenants out more.

Due to covid19 i had lost my job and couldnt pay for my storage, I had asked if they could work with me and all I got was an attitude from the new managers after Mark Reynolds was let go from his job. Everything I and my partner at the time lost EVERYTHING we ever owned. Family things thst were handed down from generation to generation. Pictures, awards, memorable item, certificates things that you cannot ever replace. Just gone! I wish I could get all of our things back....

Yes I would recommend this facility
I gave this facility a overall 5 star. The key reasons why are #1 Customer Service (Malia is very efficient,clear speaking, attentive, punctual, and friendly) #2) they were actually open had reservations at the cactus site went 5x and the office was closed every time during there business hours. #3) routine checks on units I was notified by email and by phone 3days in a row and at 2times per day letting me know that my unit was noticed that my unit was not secure come to find out that my son did not lock the unit up the right way and management was notably doing their job to inform me of the situation and that makes the overall experience 5stars. Thank you

This place is cool because they let you rent a truck rental for free. Or like.. kind of free. They make you pay $20 for insurance but it’s not bad! Would totally recommend to a friend.

You couldn't ask for better customer service.
I showed up at what I thought was 10 minutes before the office closed to rent my unit, but the hours weren't updated on the website and they were actually already closed. However, Felicia happily stayed and got me checked in to my storage unit. She was friendly, helpful, and went well out of her way to provide excellent customer service.

Awesome customer service
The store manager Brain was pleasant. He was able to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable and secure with putting my belongings in this facility. The prices are reasonable and the property is clean. Only complaint I have is the isles are rather narrow but there's nothing I should that can be done about that ;-)

Took a little long for me to be helped
The manager was great and informative. He was the only one working at the time so it took long to be helped for me and others. The storage unit is a good size for it's price. Only thing is the aisle you to drive down to get to the storage unit is way to narrow. It's not wide enough to even open the car doors all the way. I would say the space needs to be bigger.

All around nice place to rent from
From the beginning Brian was incredibly helpful in helping me choose a storage unit. He drove me around and helped me see a couple sizes before I decided. He explained the insurance to me and the many ways to make a payment. He was very professional and kind even that one time I accidentally got locked in after hours (my clock said 8:57, the gate clock showed 9:00pm). The place is clean and the price was right. They even have a truck that you can borrow for $15, but only during business hours so if you work a 9 to 5 you won't be able to use the truck either. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
