Diana gave me very good service and explained everything very well. She was very thorough and made sure my code works properly. I like her and she is an excellant employee. Juana who works @ the same office is also very sweet. She is very responsible and provides me with great service. They are both very polite and courteous. Juana is an excellent employee also. Pasadena, CA storage is the best!

Tricia and Dennis have been so nice and helpful. The unit is big and clean, they had all of the moving supplies we needed. I left my wallet on the counter and Dennis called me right away to let me know. Another day I left my key in the lock and once again he let me know right away. They are very on top of things and care about their customers.
