Customer service above and beyond

I have used several different storage facilities throughout the last 10 years and this was by far the best in customer service, He allowed two people to start moving in while the third finished paper work. In Denver, we lost a helper as the paper work took so long and he had to return to work. We even asked if we could just unload his truck and wasn't allowed so had to unload his truck at the curve and carry it back once the paper work was done. We only needed tape to close the mattress covers and instead of making us buy, he let us borrow, unit was clean, very accommodating,
