Best price I could find.Convenient location.
The Centerville Moove in self storage location has the best prices I could find. The manager, Polly is very helpful and she is very organized. Very secure with gates that require an individual code each time you come and go and cameras. On sight truck rental and moving supplies available for purchase make the whole process very convenient!

I feared ever putting My Children & My thing's in a Storage However since seeing Moove In and Speaking to The Manager I now feel Confident that Our thing's will be safe, secure, taken care of. My only gripe is it wasn't mentioned that the have a free moving truck available and I paid for a u-haul truck. Clean, secure building. Would certainly recommend.

I used sparefoot and made a reservation. I ended up needing to move in a day earlier, but the moove in staff told me it was fine. I recieved a nice, clean unit near a back door. All the enterances use a simple personal code you're given at leasing. You need to buy your own lock and not just a Master lock, fyi. They sold a special storage unit lock that can't be cut with bolt cutters. They prefer those, and they charge $15 for one, but you keep it.

Returned to storage unit on Sunday, April 26 to find gate to units wide open. Called and talked to an answering service to report the gate open and that it didn't close when I exited.
Three hours later took anothER load to storage unit.........the gate was still wide open. Again reported to answering service.
Left my name with the service during both calls. Thought I would get a call on Monday. No calls. Poor mgt!

Foolishness
I've had a unit for about 6 months and use my banks auto web bill pay system to pay my rent. This past month they claimed they did not receive my check, however my bank confirmed it was DELIVERED before the end of the month. However I have a late fee due to the office misplacing it and a request for an additional 10$ in insurance. After much discussion and emails they removed the late fee but then neglected to remove the second line item for insurance essentially charging me twice for insurance. Now i get a bill and again they have a late fee and still are requesting a SECOND payment for insurance for a month THAT WAS ALREADY PAID.
In short stay away, they either are unethical and are looking for ways to jack up your costs during slow months or are utterly incompetent to the extent that they cant do simple math. It is with out a doubt ridiculous.

I needed a unit at a moments notice. It was 10 o'clock at night and I need a place to go with my fiancée apartment items the following day. I was set up in minutes. The next day I received a phone call confirming my transaction. Shortly after I drove down and was set up to go within minutes. Overall exactly the service I was looking for With no hassle. Spare lot hooked me up and made it easy
