Straight forward with excellent customer service

I had some initial issues with the call center. Then I got a call from a gentleman named Slater who was particularly helpful. I was able to connect with him, even on move-in day.

Took me 20 minutes just to get in the gate

Took me 20 minutes just to get in the gate. The gate code I was given didn’t work. There is no one at this facility it. Three out of the four phone numbers I had wouldn’t connect with anyone. The phone number for assistance posted on the gate was a wrong number. It looked like there were at one time surveillance cameras, or at least it looked like there were wires for cameras to be connected, but I saw none. This is basic stuff. I’m not expecting white glove treatment for the low price, but this is silly…
