Quick, easy and secure

This was my first experience renting a storage unit and it couldn't have been easier. I filled out a form on the web and the next morning got a call from the location, very easy to go over the paperwork and e-sign. They are very organized, friendly and the facility is spotless! I feel confident that my items are secure and well maintained in the climate controlled facility. Staff was excellent, can't remember his name, but he was great!

Amazing spot for a great price and great help!

Don seems like a very attentive facility manager. He called within minutes of me making my online reservation to go over pricing and paperwork needed. When we arrived to the facility he greeted us with a smile and showed us how to get to our unit and use the gate code. We had zero complaints or concerns.

Personal attention. Very clean facility.

I reserved online, and paid online the day prior to move-in. When I arrived the attendant was prompt, explained everything, walked me through the facility including which elevator was closest to my unit. Very good experience.

Highly Recommend

Don is amazing! He promptly attended to me, was kind, was very clear and thorough in making sure I understood how to access and utilize my unit, and readily responded to all of my questions and concerns, including changing to a larger unit that I had initiated just in case my belongings didn't fit into a smaller one. The space was clean and feels secure, with a code required to enter, use the elevator, and exit.
