Friendly, easy and fair price
Leo was extremely helpful in ensuring that I was fully satisfied with the space. I originally picked a 5 x 10 and saw that it wouldn’t work for me so he took the time to find me something bigger and show me my options.

Very Good Service and the unit was clean too! :)
I used this facility when I first relocated to Orlando last year. And during this transition of moving into my own place I used them again. I kept my lock and key so I was able to avoid buying a new lock and key. I am just very pleased with their service and they were very helpful with my questions. I give them a high 5 star rate! Thanks a lot!!

People Make the Difference and Karen is a Keeper
Karen is a real treasure...extremely helpful...willing to work the extra mile to meet your every requirement. I have rented two storage units from her and I felt that she gave me prime attention and helped me with a growing space problem.

The service was fast
The service was fast. I place the order online and as soon I pressed the "ok" someone was calling me from the facility. When we arrived we checked in and we were guided by Cesar he was very knowledgeable and explained all the details that we needed. We started the moving right on time.

Professional equals sales
Paul was very professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. He gave me all the costs upfront, no surprises. This was a pleasant surprise because the previous day, at another Public Storage location, I had such a bad experience, I walked away sans renting the exact same size space!

Have lived around this area for over a decade and have had storage units here quite often. Currently been in my unit for about 3 years. Staff seem to change a lot but everyone is friendly and professional on the phone or in person. Having rented out of this facility for so long, I have seen some break-ins but they are few and far between. Current lighting and gate maintenance are very good IMO. I had someone try to break into my unit at another companies facility where people lived on property and I ended up leaving that place to come back here. I have no complaints about the facility or staff and have no problem recommending anyone in the area to them.

The facilities are clean and spacious! the service was good. Sometimes they try to convince you that what you have won't fit in a 5 by 5 room... but if you just need to stack things, it is more than enough.
