Avoid
Cons: They raise your prices frequently. After my first year they increased the price by %20 & by % 50 the following year. Also, this is located in a disgusting area under a bridge where the homeless congregate & frewuently block the streets with their trash. Insurance & a specific type of lock required. One person in the office, so get ready to wait if filling out paperwork.
Pros: Interior is clean & backgroundmusic.

Very helpful.
I called and reserved a unit for my son. I live out of town. They were helpful and it was set up fast. Good service. My son is happy and I am too, he now has a place to store his stuff while finds a new apartment. Getting in was easy and everything was clean. I am glad I picked this one to call. The location is great in downtown Portland with easy access to the unit. Thanks Rose City Storage! Keep up the good work! I will tell my friends to call you first and I will use you again if I need to.

Easy to work with, fair price, clean storage
I like this place it was very easy to find, even with the one-way roads! The folks that work there are all very pleasant and the place is clean, very clean. I like the security, you get a security code to get on the elevator to get to the storage and of course your space is locked (had to buy my own lock of course), but it is still very safe feeling, There is parking out of the rain, it is first come first serve, but even if you don't get a space inside, There is the Morrison Bridge to protect you from the elements. And they have carts of various sizes to help you get your things inside and up to your space.
They have 'customer appreciation' days and a wine tasting once a month! Really nice folks.

I found everything online, so when I went in to sign paperwork it was very fast and easy. Customer service was outstanding and I feel my belongings are in a safe and clean space. I would definitely recommend this storage place to friends/others.

Great in-town facility with wonderful customer service
After a cross-country move, we needed a temporary place to store our things while we looked for an apartment that was accessible to the 18 wheeler the movers were delivering from. We wanted something climate controlled and secure, and Rose City fit the bill. I was very impressed with the customer service and the general cleanliness and layout of the facility. If we need storage again in the future, I will come here without hesitation!

The way their computer organizes the invoice is misleading. On the invoice it reads charges today which is 3 mths of storage fees, in reality only one month of storage fees are charged. Otherwise I had a great experience renting from them and felt they were very organized.
