Very flexible and helpful
We needed a small short-term rental and changed our start date three times. They were cordial and helpful with every change! The loan of a truck was super helpful, too, even though our load was small. It saved us multiple trips with our very small car.

My GPS sent me in the wrong direction. I called Money Saver of Oregon City, and spoke to a very kind lady who stayed on the phone with me until I arrived at the place I was trying to get to. She assisted me through the set up of a storage place for my vehicle. It was pouring down rain and windy. Neither one of us should have been out there. I was set up and on my way in a matter of minutes. Thank you so very much for all your help.

Helped me get just what I needed.
I thought I was going to have to rent two big units; however, the folks there found me a really big unit that will not only hold all my stuff (including two cars), but will also save me money.

Bit of a Nightmare
The staff is incredibly helpful, but so far I’ve had terrible luck with this place! The free use of the moving truck was super nice, except that it broke down on my way back to the storage facility. Then, when the tow truck got it back to the facility, we had to move AN ENTIRE TRUCK full of my stuff from the entrance clear back to my unit (including a giant sofa), in the glaring hot sun. Then, the lock that I was given broke, and I had to leave the unit with my key in it so they could replace it. I was supposed to hear back when they fixed it, but after two weeks I have yet to hear a thing. Definitely having a heck of a time with this place! Not worth it for saving a few bucks.

Cheap, easy place to rent from!
I truly appreciated how well the manager worked with me for my needs. Applying and moving my stuff in was quick and easy. However, the girl at the front desk was not very kind. We had to put gas in the free truck within a mile of driving it, which was okay. But when we asked about it, we were told that “never happens” and “at least it’s free”. Which is true! However, she also gave us an upstairs storage unit when there were downstairs ones available. Moving in 100 degree weather upstairs is not fun. Overall; this place is great. I just wish the front desk person had been a little kinder.
