Limited access hours
The unit seemed fine. Clean. Very secure lot. The person working was very helpful. She even stayed late to help me move in. My only complaint is the hours. You only have access until 5:45pm which is a problem.

Great Service!
The paperwork was minimal and easy, managers were easy to work with and super-nice. The property seems to be well maintained and very clean and secure. Captain's proactively contacted me when they noticed I had not locked my unit properly, as well as secured it for me in the mean-time. Great overall experience, highly recommend.

Good for the money
I rent a 2nd floor storage locker from them. I was worried i would have to lug all my stuff up a set of stairs. Turns out thankfully they have an elevator. Works for me. When they say 5x10... they mean 5x10. A queen size mattress is 5 feet wide. It is a very tight fit to squeeze in there around the studs of the wall. I recently moved here with a 22 foot moving truck filled to the brim. After two days sorting everything out, figuring out what was going to storage, turns out a 5x10 fits most of our stuff. We made other plans for our bulkier items that we dont need.

Personnel were very nice and accommodating. The paperwork was as quick as could be and explained well. The units are spartan, but, hey its a storage unit. Elevator and lights worked well and the streets/alley was clean w no trash or debrie at all.
