Great onsite staff and pricing
Onsite staff and the manager is very helpful. StorageMart corporate has some improvements to enhance the experience. One month free doesn’t prorate the following month like most other storage units and the leasing info isn’t all digital.

We have rented space for over a year. Doing renovation work, had to empty the house. Mgr is very, very professional and understands when paydays dont fall exactly when bills are due. She has always been very courteous, friendly and professional. It would be great if many more people were compassinate, professional, sincere and willing to help when you are in a tight spot. But that person should not be taken advantage of or treated disrespectfully if she is not able to help anymore than she already has. The management has a job that has to be done & is expected to follow guidelines. Thank you for having fantastic employee.

Assistance Manager was who took care of me. She was a big help. She took me to a storage unit that we thought would serve my needs. Excellent serve. Plus I reserved the day before and she was very good to honor that price.

The guy in office very friendly.
Excellent customer services. The guy was able to accommodate our needs and switched the unit about 3-4 times until we found one we liked while maintaining calm and lots of patience. The price is fair. Having one free month is giving us a big break as we had incurred lots of expenses moving.The only downside is storage was very dusty but we swept it.

This is my first time to rent a storage unit but I was impressed with the facility The only thing confusing was I thought I reserved the unit on line and printed the copy but at the storage office he said I had not reserved it and made a comment to me that another lady had the same problem. Luckily the unit was still available.
