Clean, reasonably priced, conveniently located

Property manager was considerate and easy to deal with. Filling out paperwork took too long, but overall it was a good experience. The main office was very small, fortunately their air conditioning was working!

Good Prices, friendly staff!

Moved a few items into a 5’ x 15’ sized unit. It was very reasonably priced and well below the majority of competitors rates. The lady who assisted me was very friendly, courteous, and made the process go smoothly. Highly recommend!

A frustrating experience for us.

Our first month and we had to move to another unit because of potential water damage in the unit we were assigned, the manager would not discuss it with me even though I'm on the contract, receive the invoices and pay the bill, so my wife had to go to their office for a new assigned unit. And after only one month they have raised the rent substantialy. It's very upsetting.

Good Overall

First of all, I've had the unit for a total of two weeks, so it's very difficult to give a 5 on Security (due to the lack of experience). The staff was extremely nice, it was clean, it was a great value, didn't take too long to fill out paperwork. Overall good experience so far.

Since the moment I inquired about a storage space Cathryn & Javier have gone the extra mile to ensure a flawless move-in. Being in the service industry for over 20 years, I am impressed by the service level provided by these two at this location.
