I will definitely recommend this place to others! I rent a storage unit at a different place and plan to move my stuff from there to your Public Storage place.

Great location and staff.

Kirk, the manager of the facility was informative and is an asset to the company. Properly is spacious and easy to navigate. There is however a little issue with the motion activated light in the unit. I have been informed that a work order has been submitted but the issue has yet to be resolved.

Kendra was really the key into making my experience fast and painless! I had spoken to her several times, and she is extremely patient friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, as she was way above and beyond stellar service! Give the girl a big raise!

I like the location

I like the location. Your employee was respectful and friendly. But I don't like the fact that I had to buy one of your locks to fit on the door. I hope I get a refund on the lock and keys since I won't be able to use that particular lock in any other situation. It was 19.99 and I was not told initially that I would have to buy it.

Rakia the young lady that helped me was in training she was magnificent went over everything very thoroughly walked me to the unit so that I could look at it and make sure that it would meet my needs explained about the insurance, lock, clean out on move out explained about what happens if I don't pay my rent fee in a timely fashion and all the fees associated with that very pleasant to have someone in customer service to be upfront honest, efficient, and courteous! Aaron was very polite and welcoming opened the door for us arriving and departing.
