Easy process
Life storage made this process seamless and efficient. Booking online with a call 15 minutes later confirming my reservation and how to set up the ârent nowâ feature was a breeze. Emails contained pertinent information allowing us to access to unit very easily.

First time storage facility renter
LifeStorage in Westlake was a perfect pick when choosing a unit. First and only place we looked. Their rates and discounts are definitely worth it. The price I believe is more than fair. Considering the location and price of living in Westlake, All storage buildings and the office up front are 100% kept up with and clean. No odors or smells of anything! They are up to date with their security and security systems. Any questions or concerns are taken care of promptly and with care and concern. I have absolutely ZERO complains or suggestions. Much better than I pictured the unit and process and security. One stop shop! They even have last minute moving supplies, that was a life saver! Bob, the Manager, was absolutely amazing and made the process super fast and efficient, was informative on all aspects of the process, rules and regulations, etc, he took the extra step to show us multiple units when we werenât sure and give us some pointers on stacking and packing! Thanks again Life Storage and Bob the Manager, your AWESOME!

Very nice facility
Took my first load of things to the unit yesterday and was very happy with the ease of entrance and exit and especially the indoor area to unload things. Best storage facility I have ever used.

Storage Unit clearly identified,clean,access to unit was perfect-fantastic!
The storage unit was clean and clearly marked for my arrival with an easy to identify clear tag.
The gentleman at the desk cruised by several times upon the moving of my goods into storage--making sure that everything on the move-in was going well. The lanes between the storage units were easy to access, clean, with not a piece of garbage or debris in sight.
With the craziness of the move, the last stop coming to the storage facility was the simplest, and easiest part of the day. All of the paperwork, the lock, codes, van accessibility etc., were all done prior to move day and everything slid effortlessly into place upon arrival with no hassles.
That in itself was a welcome present to me!!!

Bob and his staff are friendly and helpful. I upgraded to a larger unit from my original reservation. When I checked out the unit and didn't think I wanted one with a vent in the roof, he patiently found me another unit that suited my needs better.

Electronic sign-up was great, & online payment option very convenient. Facility was quite clean, both inside & out, and security was more than adequate to say the least. Overall, a good experience.
