received a very fair rate from the beginning but after having the unit a year, prices went up twice... ending up to be doubled what I originally rented it for. I moved my things elsewhere, I couldn't afford it anymore.

Terrible Management!!!

I had a unit for 2 1/2 Year's, always paid on time, when removing my things right before Thanksgiving, the Four items that had Mice droppings on them, I no longer wanted. I was told by the office clerk, per "Management" you'll have to PAY $40 to dispose your items in "our dumpsters" I paid $144.00 monthly and now you want to charge $40 to discard items damaged with Mice Droppings while being stored in your facility, unbelievable!! Make it make sense!! Money Hungry, had your business suffered as other's did during Covid, I'm sure you'd be singing a different tune!! I'd never store anything here ever again and wouldn't refer anyone I know either!! Goodbye & Good Rittens!!! Horrible Management/Owners!! 🚮😠

I really enjoyed my experience here!

I was told that there were other units available at a storage unit down the street and when I got there, there wasn’t. I was panicking, as I had a uhaul full of things. I ended up calling this storage unit facility and it was a great experience. I showed up 5 minutes later. Hey The manager was so helpful from the start. Signing all the papers took about 10 minutes and the two woman working were really friendly and helpful. Thank you for turning my stressful day around.

My experience was wonderful at Life Storage on W130th. Tanya had great customer service from the start of our phone conversation while booking my appointment and throughout the paperwork process. She explained everything over the phone and then again while going through the paperwork. This was my first experience ever renting storage space and she made it pleasant and quick. The office manager was just as pleasant.

My Experience with W. 130th Cleveland, OH facility

The manager Crystal was very friendly and prompt to get me in and out quickly. The facility is very neat and clean. The only recommendations I have for Life Storage is (A) to inform customers when renting to bring a copy of their homeowner/renter's insurance declaration page or you are charged $10 per month for their insurance. (B) to possibly put a better sign informing customers where to enter for entering the storage area

We got a 10×10 unit. The woman was very nice. She joked with my 7 year old son who was talking to her and didnt seem bothered by his energy. The unit was clean and the door opens without sticking. Very happy.

I reserved my locker on-line, which was fast and easy to do. When I went to the storage facility, I did wait a few minutes for the manager to come from the lot. When she got there, she was polite and went over everything with me, making sure I got my discounted online rate. This is my second time I've rented from Uncle Bob's and it was a good experience.

Snow is plowed up against the storage units. You have to dog out each time you go to your storage. For the amount of money that is paid to rent a storage, I should not have to go through the inconvenience of shoveling piles of frozen snow just to enter my unit each time.
