Great deal for last minute...
Eric was great. I was able to do all of the signing up on my phone. Pretty amazing, right! He stayed with me until the very end. I do mean the very, very end. Everything I wrote down was found at my storage facility. All I had to do was give them a picture of my license. Easy Peasy!

I like that people don't hang out all day in their units
The staff at Gateways keep the property free of people hanging out in their units. It is uncomfortable to go in at night.

The staff sends reminders

24 hour access for 2- days
I rented a 10x20 unit and I had to be moved out of my place in two days or the sheriff is coming to kick us out. So I asked the girl in the office if there was any way possible I could get 24 hour access for 2- days so I could get all my stuff out and into storage. She told me she would talk to the manager and let me know by calling me. Well they told me no and I never got the phone call. She sent me a Email that corparate said no.

A great storage facility.
I have moved around a lot and used a lot of storage facilities. The office personnel are very courteous and helpful. The facility is clean. The location is in a very convenient area and the pricing is very competitive. I wish I had found a storage like this in each of the places I had lived.

F.Y.I. Must move in during office hours!!! (e-rental)
Staff was friendly, quiet and clean facility, easy access and parking, elevator and carts are readily available, and great move in special. The only reason i gave 4 stars was due to after renting online, i pushed a loaded cart from car to unit to find a lock on it. Because it was after office hours, (6pm) i had to wait until next day to move in.

Excellent service, very fast!!
I had spoken to Jason beforehand, and he had prepared the paperwork. The paperwork, was ready to be signed when I got there. He had set aside a box for clothing, In fact he talked the container up so much, I bought two. I was pleasantly surprised to get a free lock!! I had two loads to put in the storage unit, and I was out of the facility in under 25 minutes!! The facility is centrally located, very clean, and someone is always there so I feel very safe entering at any time of the day!! This is the second time I have used a storage unit here, and I have recommended to several people, and received a discount on my monthly charge!!

In the past at Public Storage, I had the manager randomly seize the unit even though payment successfully went through (they got ahold of old books lol). Hopefully, this company doesn't have any strange incidents, but from initial exposure, they seem friendly and relatively smooth. The worker was really cool and polite, and so far, they had a good introduction. They processed the paperwork with little to no hiccups.

Clean and low prices, custumer service was great .
Was able to get the unit advertised and was given a copy of contract for my records. Had already set up everything through the website and was good to move-in. One bad issue is the elevator for the unit is not working and unit is on 2nd floor, was told that elevator service/repair order had been placed.

Wonderful storage facility
I was desperately in need of my own storage unit. I found this one online and after comparing other storage facilities they seemed to be most affordable. The paperwork was all done online and didn’t take long at all. The next morning when I came to the storage facility George was extremely helpful and so polite, he definitely made me feel comfortable with leaving my belongings in storage. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of storage. Also, their storage units are very,very clean!!!
