Great Service

This location is great for my needs. I got a small locker for my items at a very reasonable price and still have plenty of room to work with for later useage. The customer service process was very easy and friendly. I was able to enter and load my locker in a matter of minutes. My only complaint would be the need of the company to have someone with a alternative address listed. As I only would want the contents of the locker given to my family (who I live with), I would rather avoid putting that type of information down. Other than that and getting used to the location slightly off the main road (not really a complaint, it's just a little difficult to notice the location if you haven't been there before ), I would say this storage locker has easily met all my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit in and around Nassau County.

Good price, climate controlled, very clean facility. The only thing missing is an outlet in the unit to plug in a light, radio or clothing steamer while doing some organizing in the space.

The place to go....

Not being a local resident, I had to rely on a source to guide me. Spare foot did the job and then some. The place it referred me to was awesome. The facilities and staff were great. I would recommend it to everyone. A previous review mentioned "Insurance". This can be resolved by simply providing your Homeowner's declaration page. They just want to make sure your belongings are insured in some manner. The "lock" issue to me is common sense. Bring your own lock if need be. Thank you to both SpareFoot Storage Finder and the place itself Storage Post in Glen Cove.

The facility is close to several colleges for summer storage. I was upset about the hidden charges for a lock and insurance. I pray there are no more fees and this relationship can be a lasting one.
