I've been using my storage unit for the past 5-1/2 years.

I would highly recommend KO Storage facilities. I personally have a unit in the Evans Mills location. The management is professional, courteous and can be counted on to consider your needs and will make every effort to accommodate your individual concerns!

I have used this facility in the past, I highly recommend using the Evans Mills storage unit if you do not want your stuff getting damaged our belongings were stored there for a few months and our belongings looked exactly the way we put them in there no mice or anything

Hello, we chose your facilities because of the reviews and we are definitely not disappointed, we live in gouverneur and had a bad experience with the units in town we had to throw away 90% of our belongings due to mice and mold also the storage door would always get stuck..anyway when we showed up to your units and opened it I was like holy cow it's super clean and sealed from the neighboring units also the door opens very easily...I HIGHLY recommend KO Storage of Evans Mills

You get what you pay for

This storage unit was reserved and paid for online but when I got to the facility it was not as expected. The front gate was wide open since the pin pad was broken and on the ground. There was also no one at the facility to assist us with trying to find our unit.
