On line can be confusing. Best if you can meet in person to assure access.
Move in pricing was higher than anticipated. Administration fee plus must purchase a lock from Public Storage. No body was at the facility during their normal business hours. Once able to gain entrance spent more time driving throughout the facility looking for my assigned storage locker. Things don't always go as smooth as we would like but at the end of the day I was able to access the locker. Albeit, a little frustrated.

It was really easy to reserve online and they called back with confirmation the same day and set up our appointment.

Public Storage Experience
The sign-up process was active and fairly straight forward. There sort of is a lot of information coming at me at once, however, I felt my move-in process was very fluent and simple. My unit was not well kept to my standards, yet the facility felt legit. My rate also went down the first few months in, so I was pleased to stick it out.

1 worker, and I had an appointment time, when I arrived the worker was one the phone so I had to wait and then after the phone call was finished and when I was speaking with the worker about what type of storage units were available and getting prices, someone walked in I was told I had to wait again so he could assist someone else. So my appointment time was not an actual appointment time since I was basically pushed aside since there was only 1 worker. I do understand everyone needs help but I arrived on time to my appointment and felt I should have had someone 1:1 without interruptions as I cleared my schedule to come in sooner then I had originally requested.

Tim the AWESOME Public Storage Rep?
When I came to the public storage ofc after researching online. Tim, the public storage representative was absolutely AMAZING in helping to select the right size storage space to fit my needs. He was also significant in helping me to save money by upgrading? Of course, I will have to pay more for the rental space per month but at the time of moving when out of pocket expenses can really hit your pockets it was totally a pleasant surprise. I am also impressed by the layout of this facility the last storage space I used, the space between the units was so small it made it almost impossible to maneuver a large size truck.

I have stored at this location for a few years now and I needed to get a bigger space. The manager chris was more than accommodating by getting a unit that was only 2 spaces over from me. I would recommend to anyone as they will go the extra mile for you

I've had nothing but GREAT service sense I called the first location speaking to Ruth getting me the best storage unit for me and getting me the best price! She sent me over to Chris Elliott at the wheat field location where I received even more GREAT service. He did a great job explaining everything I needed to know and everything was done with a smile! 5/5 rate for me!!!

I had my first experience at public storage today, and I was very pleased. The employee working was clearly knowledgeable not only on the unit sizes and what they can hold, but also on necessary products to keep my items safe. The employee suggested a mattress cover, and I thought that was a great idea. I was walked to my unit to be sure the size was correct, and also was asked to install my lock myself to ensure I was able to operate the door/lock. I feel my items are secure in this unit. Upon entering for my appointment, another man was in line behind me. Before walking me to my unit, the employee on site asked the man to please wait outside for security purposes and the door was locked. While filling out paperwork, I was asked who would be allowed access to my unit, which also made me feel secure knowing this is documented. I would recommend this storage unit site to anybody in need!

Customer Service That Deserves 10 stars!!!
My experience with Public Storage was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Friendly well knowledge staff that makes the whole experience, just that more enjoyable. Chris the General Manger took the time to cater a space to my needs on such a short time span. Really helped me out. Thanks again.

Very Frustrating On-Line Booking System!!!
I booked a 10x20 climate controlled unit on-line - 15 days prior to needing the unit. I received a confirmation e-mail. I received another e-mail saying that "I'll see you tomorrow" although my move-in date was not tomorrow. I received a voice mail asking me to call/come in to confirm my interest (I physically visited the location to confirm my interest), only to be called a couple of days later saying there was no 10x20 climate controlled units available - this is days before my move - YIKES and PANIC!!! After several calls, no resolve. Long story short, I ended up with a 10x20 outdoor unit - to house my furniture - not happy with that. A few hours after I moved in it start raining, the eves troughs leak, and water was pouring down in front of the doors of many units, which drained in front of my unit, making me worry that my furniture may be subject to dampness, not happy with that. The only person who was helpful was Chris Elliot - without his help I could not have sorted this out or completed my move.

Smooth and Efficient
First time for me, so I wasn't to sure what to expect. Made on line reservations, got there and everything went great. He showed us the storage room size I reserved and after seeing it I realized it wasn't large enough for my needs and increased to the next larger size with no problem. Staff was very helpful and covered everything very well. It was pleasure doing business with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility.

The registration process went all right. I just feel that the monthly rental rate is a little bit too high. I also feel that some of the up front fees excluding the monthly insurance are unnecessary and just another way for you people to make money (e.g., the administrative fee). We're working to get the stuff we have with you into our garage and thus intend to be out of your storage unit before the beginning of March. If the rate was lower, we might stay another month but $68 is just too high.
