Wonderful Experience!

Prior to my husband and I choosing CubeSmart, we had looked at 5 other storage companies within the area to compare the pricing. By far, CubeSmart turned out to be the best deal. But what has impressed me even beyond the pricing is the customer service provided by Yvette and Lakisha and the wonderful facility itself. I first reserved my unit online and was called soon after to confirm my spot and date of check in. I was immediately advised of the admin. check-in fees up front and was offered any help on behalf of this process. I was also advised of the contact-free check-in option. This is really wonderful to have during this time. I went ahead with my contact-free set up online and received another call soon after to ensure that my questions were answered, that the unit was set-up for me, and the directions to reach the unit itself. Via email, I was immediately provided a map of the building to include my unit highlighted for easier finding. When we got to the building, we found it to be safely secure and the location to be extremely clean. Even better? For this pricing, the entire place is climate controlled. This really helps keeping items mold-free and better kept through the storage time. There were carts on the first floor that made check-in possible for us in one run. Thus, this was the most painless storage unit experience I've ever had and I've been through a few. We couldn't be happier with where we chose to store our items.

A good, no frills option for storage, interior is clean and well kept, and the customer service is outstanding. The only minor issue, which admittedly would be hard to fix, is the very small size of the front parking lot.

The staff at the facility, Yvette and Lakisha were awesome. I had traveled all night from New York to Virginia, exhausted and new to the area, to be greeted with a warm smile, patients and bona fide professionalism.😃 Once there Yvette was kind enough to show me the different unit sizes, explained the policy and accommodate me with a size suite for my needs at an amazing low price. I was pleased.

Amazing experience

The ladies here are amazing. I was traveling from out of town and I called to get their closing time. Well, my arrival eta was going to be after hours and the manager Lakeisha offered to come back in to start our contract. I was floored, I have never had such great sacrafic offered to me by any establishment. I couldn't make it that day, however I did the next day and was running close to closing time that day. I spoke with Evette and she was extremely helpful,she told me to keep her posted on my eta. I made it right at closing time and she took me in. I was not left out in the cold. These ladies go above and beyond making you feel like a valued customer. Then my storage unit is huge, price is good and did I mention it's clean. Thank you from all of my heart

Yvette and LaKeisha are both so nice and on top of things. They are thoughtful and patient in dealing with us in the middle of all the crazy that moving can bring. The back building is still a bit hot and humid so I am concerned a bit by that since it is supposed to be climate controlled.
