Best Service Ever

CASA SELF STORAGE was the best experience that I ever had with keeping my personal items safe and sound. I really enjoyed the relationship that was built with Kenny during my time at CASA. He was so easy to talk to. And Shirley was pleasant whenever I had questions or needed technical support. I would highly recommend and use again.

Outside city limits and dirty

The storage facility is outside Albuquerque city limits. It sits on a dirt lot out on the west mesa. As such when the wind blows, EVERYTHING in the storage gets covered in dirt. This used to be the best price in town, (and still might be).Then the new owners came in a year ago and doubled the rent, promised all kinds of upgrades. The only upgrade done was to replace the gate!

Its not a bad place

It's not a bad place to rent. The units are not sealed so your stuff will get a layer of dirt on it but otherwise it's an ok place to rent

Great customer service not happy with the unit

The unit was very dirty I had to sweep it out myself and the door is still not working properly and when I slide it up it gets hung up on a piece of metal I need to meet somebody there and if somebody could call me back that would be great

Problems finding place and too small

The first visit I could not find place and she helped me find it and when I got there there was already a lock on it she emmediately found another unit for me.. then I realized the unit was gonna be to small once I started moving things in she then found a bigger unit and credited the other to it so it didn't cost me alot more. Very friendly and helpful probably the best no contact service I have ever had. Thank you so much
