Very clean and Jim is very friendly and helpful
I already have a smaller unit there and did not hesitate to rent a bigger unit there. I have been very happy with the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Prices are reasonable also. I would recommend this facility.

Good storage
Overall good, but there are no people on site. No additional services, I could not even buy a lock there. My access code did not work and I had to call the support to get a temporary one. But I'm general the facility is fine. It looks clean and safe.

Nice place
Like cleanliness and ease of renting. Very helpful when you need to change units last minute. Nice to be able to use kiosk to do all paperwork could use more lighting late at night.

Rough 30 minutes but then it all worked out
I didnât realize there wouldnât be a person available to check me in. After figuring out I need to use a kiosk and got in touch with someone on the phone via the kiosk things started to fall into place. Then I couldnât access the facility because it turns out they provided the wrong access code. After going another round of calling with the kiosk, I was send a text with a different code and then all worked out.

Cleanest and Safest Storage in the area
I stopped by and checked the facility out with the possibility of acquiring a storage space. I was very impressed with the entrance and the hospitality. Very clean, well lit and inviting. Amazing Experience. Thank you for such great customer service.

Nicer than what I thought it would be
Patrick was excellent answering all my questions. I was in and out within an hour and that included putting all my things into storage
The facility is very clean which is what I was most concerned about.

Top of the line Storage Facility
I've always had a good experience with Access Storage. But, this particular one in Lopatcong, NJ was beyond no doubt the "BEST". The Manager, Patrick has always taken care of me with all my storage needs like a piece of cake. He is very professional, knowledgeable, accomodating and most of all helpful. The facility is not only convenient for me but very clean and well maintained. I also appreciate the temperature inside. I will absolutely recommend this place to my new community and extend it to my friends and families who might need a storage facility in the future.

Affordable - Convenient- Clean -Safe
The on-line reservation & checking in processes were stress free. The person who assisted me, in person, at the facility was knowledgeable, very professional & friendly. She storage building is very clean and is smell free. Very pleased with my decision to rent with this storage facility.

Good but needs improvement
Good but not great. My door code did not work so I had to call customer service as no one is actually on site. Got a temporary code. Place is clean but hardly climate controlled. Temp was colder inside than outside. Disappointed that the doors are not automatic which makes it very difficult to move stuff in. To make it worse the one door was broken so moving wide items took quite a bit of maneuvering. Definitely lacking compared to the facility I just moved out of. For the price itâs lacking the features and benefits I was expecting.
