Best customer service.
My GPS got me lost. It was 15 minutes before closing. Vikki talked me through to
Finding the place. Dave handled the paper work.They made me feel welcome even though it was closing time for them. They were very professional. I hope the big wigs read this and compensate their staff. Even if it is to acknowledge a job well done.

The only 2 things that were a little annoying were the elevator door constantly closing with no way to hold it open and lighting is not in units so you need to rely on hall lighting which times out and shuts off at sometimes inopportune moments

Courteous service, excellent facility. freight elevator wasn't working the day I moved in but I told the property manager and it was fixed that day. I'd recommend SS Storage to everyone.

1 month free not given
The service rep was friendly and easy going. I had reserved my unit online where the price was 69$ per month and it said first month free next to it in big red letters.
I spoke to the rep before arriving. When we got there to unload I was told that since I was getting an online special that the first month free doesn't count. I said well I saw it online and she said she didn't. Then why is it advertised that it is on sparefoot.com? I feel misleaded and disappointed with this. I wrote to customer service and haven't heard back yet.
