I am a new customer with Public...
I am a new customer with Public Storage, 233 Blackwood Rd, Blackwood, NJ. I have been so impressed with the facility, the ease of opening an account and most of all the awesome customer service I have received from Sherry (Property Manager). Sherry explained everything so thoroughly and answered all my questions. I have starting putting items into my unit and it has been such a wonderful experience!! Thank you Sherry and Public Storage!

Sherri at your 233 Erial Rd, Blackwood, NJ location was great! She took the time to explain everything to us, and went through all of the details of our contract and insurance paperwork, to make sure we thoroughly understood it. We feel safe knowing she lives on the property, ensuring that our personal items are safe as well!

Absolutely outstanding Customer service...
Absolutely outstanding Customer service given by Stephanie G! Moving already can be stressful but she took the stress out of obtaining and selecting a suitable storage unit that fit my household needs. She suggested other item that I could use from box packages to moisture items to bubble wrap. She was truly outstanding in her job. She's a people person and that is paramount being in the service Industry! She deserves a raise a weak paid vacation but most importantly she needs to be recognized for her dedication to the customers on behalf of your company!

Sherry and the Blackwood, NJ Experience
Sherry in the Blackwood, NJ location was phenomenal! She provided real, genuine customer service from start to finish. I told her what I needed and she guided my unit search with precision. She helped me select packing materials and we swapped recipes! I felt like I made a friend for life! I would definitely recommend public storage to my family and friends!

I came in here three days ago for information about the service that they offer here. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. The woman behind the counter took me outside and showed me three different sized units. She also explained to how everything thing would work. And also explained the deals too. Have to say when I have my move date locked down I will come here and rent. Left the day feeling well informed and also welcomed. Keep up the wonderful work.

I only needed a space for a short time but I was extremely please with how easy it was. Theresa guided us through what size we would need and made the experience so very easy. She was there when we ended the rental and that couldn't have been a better experience. If I ever needed to store anything again I will definitely be stopping by.

Tara in the Blackwood nj office was great to deal with. She was informative friendly and curious . The unit I rented had a few repairs on the walls but other than that I am please.

Stored for a month and very satiafied!
The manager Mike told me I "Had to buy the insurance" even though the paper I was signing specifically said I did NOT need insurance to store there. But Mike insisted that even though what he was saying and what the paper said were the exact opposite, I most absolutely did need to purchase the insurance if I was going to store there. Aside from that seriously unclear insurance debate, the month has been going well and I'm glad I decided to store my goods with Public Storage.
