Easy, great access, secure, clean. A good value.

The sign-up was easy. People were lots of help. Facility is clean and secure. Good access and a good deal on the sign-up.

Nice new and clean facility

The only minor issue I had with moving my shelving into the empty locker was the lights outside kept going on and off every few seconds. I'm all for advanced features that keep the lights off when not in use, but for goodness sake they should stay on for at least a few minutes before sensing no moving and then turn off. The front desk already informed me they are attempting to fix the issue, so that's good. I also think there should be better signs or maps throughout the interior of the building showing which way to go. I almost got lost twice!
