Safe and Clean
I reserved two lockers on line then went to inspect them on the next day in the afternoon. I went into contract on one. Upon my arrival I had the feeling of safety. A storage center building that was well made and constructed. Employees were friendly and understood a customers needs. I felt safe and I also felt honored that this was going to be my storage center. I would highly recommend Good Friend Storage to anyone interested in additional extended space. Good prices and in an excellent location.

Clean Convenient and Cost-Effective
I was really impressed with how great the place is. The last experience I had with a storage space (years ago) was a glorified shed on a parking lot. This is the elite level. Jason was very nice and helped us with every detail of getting in. Highly recommended.

LOVE IT.

Great facility, awesome ataff
Te facility is clean and efficient. The units are very very well priced, significantly lower than any of the competition. The facility seems clean and gives a feeling of security. There are pass codes and locks and multiple doors to access the pods. Last but not least, their staff is GREAT. I'm actually blown away -- every single person I have talked to at the facility was well-mannered, professional, and very warm, welcoming and above and beyond helpful. I can't speak enough on how the staff exceeded my expectations.

The place is kept clean, and the staff is very helpful.
I find Good Friend Self Storage conveniently located in downtown New Rochelle. It has been easily accessible from Huguenot Avenue, and I have not had a problem parking my car to unload and load. My locker is secure, and the staff has been helpful when I have a problem.

Best Storage Faculity in New Rochelle.
While visiting GoodFriendStorage I was very impress with the overall customer service I receive. The staffs there are very knowledgeable and the facility is very clean and bright. This is not your typical storage facility and I like that.
