Amazing
I needed a place to put my household stuff on a quick last moment notice I placed and payed in an hour and got a call in less then an hour thanking me for joining them and asking if they could help me in anyway. My parents have done most of my moving for me but they have told me it has been so easy for them and the place is so clean and nice everyone is willing to help if u need anything.

I like that it isn't a big price tag like the rest with everything going on and bills going up you can sleep a little easier knowing your not paying so much to try to spare a dollar theses days to keep in storage stuff.

Friendly people and clean storage
Would rent again and recommend this rental place. But was unhappy that I was told prices 3 different times and wrote it down exactly what was told and confirmed it every time. I told them might not rent till week maybe longer. I didn't live close, was widowed with not alot of money and needed to hold off renting till could get help. When I went to pay and reserve unit I was told the price was not for first month rent and that it would be higher.
Unhappy and think they should have honored the price.I turned down another unit closer because of the price told here and the friendliness.

Wonderful staff, safe convenient storage
I needed a space for a travel trailer. The staff was friendly and efficient. Everything was explained clearly. Price was reasonable. 24/7 access with personal code. Easy and secure access to the facility. Large outdoor storage spaces.

Great Customer Service
I was stuck at home waiting for a package I needed to sign for. I was trying to also arrange for a unit before their office closed Saturday. I was able to reserve a unit and get it setup all online and over the phone. They walked me through everything and honored the pricing as advertised. Kind and knowledgeable staff!

Excellent customer service
Hilltop has Excellent customer service. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the unit was very nice. There was someone there who was struggling to load their trailer and we pitched in and help them and they were so grateful. The people using the units and that we met were kind and so were the people that rent the units. If you use sparefoot to try to rent one of their units I found you have to insist on using this location. They tried to route me to many other places and I insisted on having a unit here and once they realized I wasn’t going to change my mind they gave me the information. Hilltop is a great place and I highly recommend it!

This was a good experience.
This was a good experience. This was my first time having to utilize a storage space. The only thing that was difficult was trying to find the storage space. It is in the center of the building. When we went to the office to inquire where it was as a first time user of any type of storage space it would have been more helpful if the person in the office could have taken us to the storage space instead of just giving us directions. Thank you. It is a nice clean unit.

I was impressed by how fresh and clean the facility is. It was easy to find, easy to get started, and looks well-kept. The units are a little close together, so navigating larger vehicles or trailers may be a challenge.

They are very flexible
I was quite surprised with their ability to adapt to my needs. I am old and newly single and had to wait on my son in laws to get home from work to help unload my truck. But they understood and just left the contract in the unit and pay over the phone later. So i got everything taken care of in my time. Thank You Girls
