excellent customer service

manager doesn't make company rules, but i was disappointed to find out that, like my previous storage space, the company can raise your rate a few months after you've been using them, for no reason at all. Also, floor kinda dirty, but i think facility was short staffed that day.

Public storage is a Life-Saver when you are in transition!

I really appreciate the kindness and sincerity I received from Sherri and Sherri at Public Storage on St. Charles Ave. in New Orleans. I have peace of mind, knowing that my belongings are safe.
