They made the end of a 1300 Mile drive to move home flawless.
After driving from Baltimore to Lincoln with all of my belongings, it was clear that the people at Storage Mart were very aware of how important it was to secure my Life's personal goods in a safe facility. They pointed out the camera systems, gate security, locker security and peace of mind that my history was secure. Personal passcodes for only me was the icing on the cake. I called quite a few other storage facilities and Storage Mart had the best plans and competitive pricing. They also have Climate-Controlled Lockers! Bonus!
I highly recommend this business for anyone who needs confidence their Life's History will be safe.

Excellent across the board!
Doug did an excellent job greeting me, going over paperwork and expectations, explaining how to access the unit, and making himself available if I had any questions. The unit is a great size for the price and will work perfectly as a space to hold my son's things from college during the summer. I am thoroughly impressed with StorageMart on West O Street.

Initial assessment = very friendly, helpful staff.
John and his young helper were very helpful; always willing to do more but not at all pushy. My initial experience is very pleasant and exceeded my expectations. I rented a 2nd unit the 1st day and a 3rd unit the day following to avoid heavy stacking and to take full advantage of the 1st month free. (Be sure to read the contract if you want to avoid unnecessary charges, and ask staff if you have questions as they will gladly help.) Normally I do not write reviews but their helpfulness warrants favorable comments. I will write a follow-up review at the end of my rental so you can hear about the end as well as the beginning.

Comfortable atmosphere.
Enjoyed the kind and upbeat attitude from the man working when I rented my unit. He was a gentleman and smiled a lot. After having a stressful week he managed to remind me there are wonderful people in the world. all just from his kind attitude. As far as the storage unit I am happy and would recommend. Thank-you.

It was so easy to rent. I filled out a form online and was contacted very quickly! It was so easy to fill out the paperwork and there was a space available right away. John listened to the stuff we had and accurately predicted the size of the space we would need. John, the manager, was so nice, helpful and kind. They also have an assortment of boxes, locks, and packing supplies at a great price!
