Why are these good to know?
Office hours indicate when a storage assistant or agent will be available to process your paperwork, answer questions or assign you a storage unit. Gate hours indicate when you will have access to the facility regardless if there is a storage agent present or not.
City Storage South is a climate-controlled building with two access points. At the front of the building is our office and a set of double-doors with a keypad. Our other entrance features a large garage which provides protection from the elements. Tenants love this feature because it allows them to unload their vehicles inside away from the cold and rain. We have close to 200 units ranging in size from 5'x10' to 10'x10'. Moving supplies such as boxes and packing tape can be purchased in our office.
