Very nice and accommodating!

The storage space was very clean and easy to access. Pricing was affordable as well as any extra features such as lock and keys or even boxes. The staff was really nice and accommodating. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns that myself or my family might have had. The facility as a whole is very spacious and secured.

Best Place in Greensboro

Great people, Great priced, clean facility and an elevator! Bianca was extremely helpful and super professional, it’s not many storage facilities that I saw that said, “1st month free,” and actually meant it, aside from your facility fee and insurance.

Great facility and customer service

Bianca, at the front desk, was excellent! She was very professional and answered every question I had. The facility was clean and easy to access. I didn’t have any problems when moving my stuff in. The facility also provided carts to move your stuff faster and easier to your unit along with the spacious elevator to each floor. I would definitely reserve with them again.

Overall a very good storage facility with excellent management.

Heidi-the manager of the facility-provides outstanding customer service and cannot be recommended highly enough. She epitomizes professionalism and integrity in managing the storage needs and challenges of her customers. The one note of criticism I have is about the facility itself-one elevator to service a 500 unit multi-level facility may constrain those seeking to move items into their units in a timely manner. Otherwise, this facility is a great addition to this area, both in terms of convenient location and current cost.
