There are roaches in the facility. I moved in on Monday evening. When I returned on Tuesday morning I saw a roach climbing on my tv box. I’ve never had roaches and don’t want them in my property.

over all experience was not good
There were many delays because I could not get into my assigned unit on the day I was to move. Was supposed to move in on June 5, but did not do so until the 6th. On June 6, I still could not move in because I could not open the lock on the unit. The code given me would not work. Had to call the emergency number. Had to be reassigned a new unit. The staff was helpful. But the delays cost more money for the moving truck. I am very satisfied with my choice to use Elite Storage. Love the place. Very clean.

24 hour access, safe, spacious, and very clean. Relocated from NYC, this is my first time in NC. The drive was long but the drop off for the uhaul was the same place as the storage. Sherry was friendly, very helpful, and made the move easy and convenient. Thank you!

DISCOUNT Coming in the Door!
I was able to get 3 months at a discount rate. The facility is very convenient near the highway and my home, less than a mile!

I wanted a storage near high point and I went with uhaul originally but the customer service was horrible and the facility was not clean and they did not give me what I asked for. At the last minute I changed it to here. Although its further than I want it to be the customer service was awesome! They were so nice and check in was entirely online and price was affordable. so all in all so glad I went here everything is on 1st level and at uhaul I would of had to use elevator which would have meant more money hourly for my movers! Elite storage is clean and more convenient to access as well. Overall very happy!
