From the first phone call to actually moving in, everything was so easy! Everyone was helpful when I called, the kiosk worked perfectly with my code, and the unit was clean as a whistle! Also, having a wonderful clean bathroom in the building really helped after driving up from Georgia and then unloading. I look forward to getting another unit soon as I have MORE to move!

We really appreciate the 24 hour access and automation. The front gate registration monitors touch screen was difficult to register with after we made our online reservation. Prepare to spend a while trying to enter your info without a typo.

I found that the price compares well with other climate-controlled and outdoor-access storage places in Asheville area, and they have lots of spaces in a wider range of sizes than most others. Easy to get to, good security from what I can see, very responsive -- family owners formerly ran specialty mfg. facility (Ball Mfg.), so experienced in customer service.

The owners are wonderful, the inside storage we wanted was new, clean and very accessible. They provided carts and a dolly to help move things in. Security is 1st class. We could have gotten places closer but our overall comfort level here is worth the extra drive.

We have taken possession of our room, but won't physically store anything until mid-September. Based on pictures - and the fact that the owners are repainting the room between now and when we actually move into the room - I have a strong hunch that the site will be incredibly well-maintained. I cannot say enough good things about the care and response to an emergency move situation I had. Combine blizzard and mover threatening to dump my load because of the storm, and enter Janet who made sure the truck driver could get onto the property, made sure we had inside storage units, and made the paperwork SO easy and fast, it was a breeze! VERY HAPPY!!!

Fantastic! Needed a larger size space on New Years Day and was taken care of with one phone call!

This has been a great storage building experience! I called on New Years Eve, 2015 and was able to procure a space for the next day! When I got there on New Year's Day, I realized I needed a larger space. I made one phone call and my call was returned within minutes. I was upgraded to a larger space and moved in with ease! Loved the storage loading carts, the facility and the helpful staff!

I have had a really great experience with this storage facility. It is easy to get to and the workers were very friendly. Each tenant has their own security code to access the inside storage units. They are climate controlled which is good to keep your items condition. Also the best price I found by far.

The place was in a great spot, away form the city which seems to be safer. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was fast. The storage unit was new and very clean. Awesome storage unit choice.

I was surprised that the area wasn't paved and the location of it. I noticed there is only a gate and no fences around the property. Although it is out in the middle of nowhere so maybe that helps with break ins. It was convenient for me, there is a lot of room to turn around if you are pulling a trailer and the customer service is great.
