Friendly staff and streamlined check-in system
The staff were friendly and informative in my correspondence we them prior to move-in. The online paperless check-in system was streamlined and simple, and contactless check-in went smoothly with no hiccups. The location was clean and easy to navigate.

Entire experience was great

I walked in and felt very welcome by the property manager Monika. I'm usually not very good with names but she's one to remember. Very polite very professional and she attended to my every need. Explained everything to the tee. Will recommend and continue to use you for my future storage needs

24-hour convenience
I especially like the convenience of having 24-hour access without having to go through a gate. I feel I got a very fair internet deal, and I like the online "Express Check-in" feature which expedited the registration process. The property manager was very friendly, professional, courteous, and thorough.

Employee, Lucy was very helpful and kind. The only issue I have had was trying to drive a big truck around the ends of the drive. I actually clipped one of the large orange poles trying to make the turn. Other than that nothing but a good experience.

Amber helped us make what could've been a really stressful day so much better! The storage unit we were previously renting from another company is closing completely and we had to pack up and move out and find a new place in one day due to our schedules. Amber was super friendly and showed us several options. She made sure that she did whatever she could to get us the unit that we preferred at a good cost. I feel so much better with my belongings stored at this location versus the previous. I am thankful that our Internet search landed us here.

Very lackluster storage facility
I had a great customer service experience but the storage itself was very old, run down and just not the level of upkeep I expected. I was very disappointed in the unit and would have tried to find another if my movers were not already there to unload my belongings.
