First time storing anything, and itâs been amazing!
The staff was helpful, and the unit we received was easily accessible. I would recommend this place due to the budget friendly price as well as the helpful and accommodating staff.

Excellent customer service
I was greeted with a smile and a great attitude. Friendly customer service is a huge deal to me and I got it here. The gate was broken and could not close due to someone driving into it as it was raising but she explained what happened and ensured that it would be fixed and my things would be safe. If not for that I would have turned and left.

I looked around online before I committed to public storage. They were having a great deal going on and they called me as soon as I put in my application for a storage unit. When I arrived Linds, the manager was very nice and helpful and made sure to show me the unit beforehand and walked me through everything! And the unit was exactly what I needed.

New Rental "I'm Excited"
I've rented for only a week at this point, it's hardly enough time to gauge my rental experience with public storage until I've endured a longer stay. I must say indeed that my reservation for the space at this location went smoothly from beginning through and beyond the unit purchase. The service I received from the representatives was done tactfully. Will definitely recommend this company! ??

I have rented here about 2 years. Since Arieanne began working here she has been a real asset to this location. Always friendly, professional and helpful. The property is always clean and is in a good area.

I always use public storage
I have used other storage facilities in the past, but, since I have started using Public Storage, I will never trust another storage company with my property the way I trust Public Storage. Working with Amber in Nashville,TN and Chris in Winston-Salem, NC have been the best experience. I will always use them to work with.

Ehhh...Hopefully it will get better
The experience has been okay, but hopefully it will get wayyy better as time goes on. I'm an on-time paying customer and tried to pay a week in advance, then I receive a call saying my payment didn't go through. I make another payment with the same account online (except this time with debt card vs check) and it goes through. I know I have money so idk why it didn't go through. Spoke with an agent and they said it could have been a "compatibility" issue...either way, I get pinned with a $25 late payment fee. I speak with two agents, the property manager, and call the district manager at least twice. (No return phone call at all from the district mgm) Decided to call corporate and speak with someone who does call me back (finally) and he takes takes the fee off...BUT he says it like, "Well I'll take it off this time" as if it were my fault. I tried to pay and never was given a clear reason as to why the payment wasn't taken. Hope this doesn't happen ever month. Then, I go to check on my things...and there are a hundred ants around the opening of the door. :/ I'm paying for climate control...does that not come with any type of pest control? I would expect that outdoors, but not with climate control.

I got exactly what I wanted with a smile!!
I set it up online. The staff sent me reminders and the manager called me just to confirm and thank me. When I got to PS the rep was funny and very helpful.
